Repetitive, meager storyline, bugs, unattractive, and simply boring Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark is not a joy to play. The game is repetitive, has a meager storyline, suffers from bugs, looks unattractive, and is simply boring to play. The shooting and fighting itself is the only thing that can sometimes be enjoyable, partly due to the wide variety of weapons available and the well-designed combat system (as seen in previous Transformers games).

Could have been better Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark is quite fun to play, but some things just don't add up and are quite lacking. For instance, when you shoot, it takes a few seconds before it's visible on the screen. Unfortunately, everything goes this way, which is a shame about the game. On the bright side, there are plenty of weapons available, which is quite enjoyable.
