Very fun game, but costs a lot of money
Skylanders Trap Team is without a doubt one of the best games on the Wii U, and one of the best in the series. The story revolves around Kaos, who has freed the villains from the Cloudcracker prison. As the gatekeeper of the Skylanders, you must fight against these villains, ultimately facing and capturing the evil Kaos.

The controls are very smooth and you can even use the Pro Controller, something that is not possible with the Wii. The new characters are very enjoyable and the game is full of humor. However, the game also has its downsides. The game costs a lot of money, as you need to buy 10 Trap Masters at around 16 euros each, and 11 traps for around 8 euros each to complete the game 100%. Therefore, this game is not suitable for gamers on a budget. But if you are a gamer looking for a simple yet entertaining game, and have some money to spare for the figures, then Trap Team is a must-have for the Wii U.

Best game in the series
Trap Team,
one of the best games in the Skylanders series so far in my opinion. There is a wide selection of Trap Masters (20 in total, 2 of each of the 8 elements, and 1 each of light and dark.) In comparison to the previous games, the characters in this game differ greatly from each other in terms of appearance and weapons: a mega pair of scissors, bow and arrow, 2 hammers, a mega axe, a mega sword, a shield, etc. That makes the game very enjoyable! And in this game, you also have the opportunity to play as a villain. You can capture 40 of them and play with them if you have the Traps of the right element.

One downside, to open elemental gates you need a Trap Master. So, it can get quite expensive to play this game.
