Top-amiibo! This amiibo is really top-notch! It's Olimar from the Pikmin series. He also appears in Pikmin 3! He comes with red, blue, and yellow Pikmin.
The amiibo looks fantastic! Olimar's suit and the Pikmin look great, and the transparent helmet over Olimar's head really completes the look. (Plus, the amiibo is as big as Olimar and the Pikmin would be in real life!!) Read more...
In terms of functionality, it's spot on! It works seamlessly with Super Smash Bros, and you unlock cool costumes in Yoshi's Woolly World and Mario Kart 8. You can also unlock new levels in Hey! Pikmin for the 3DS.

Olimar Super Smash! Olimar is a small character with a cute but shy personality. I don't know much about his story outside the Super Smash series myself, but I do know that he can be a "harraser" in Super Smash, meaning he can constantly annoy you when you play against him. Olimar has a specific trait; he actually has small alien creatures behind him that he uses in the battles he engages in. A very fun character, definitely worth trying out!

Olimar doesn't come alone... Olimar (No. 44) - Super Smash Bros. series is one of my favorite Amiibos! Superbly designed in his spacesuit. His helmet is beautifully transparent.
