Little Different from the Original, but Very Enjoyable
Need for Speed: Most Wanted U is a fun game. It's the only Need For Speed title on the Wii U and quite difficult to find if you prefer not to purchase it from the eShop.
In terms of graphics, this version surpasses those of the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, but matches that of the PC version. The gameplay remains unchanged.
You navigate through an open world where you can participate in races and eventually become the Most Wanted. With the Gamepad, you can do additional things like switch between day and night, and adjust the traffic volume, but the core concept remains the same. Great fun for fans of open-world games. Cijfer:

In the game Need for Speed: Most Wanted U, you drive expensive cars in an open world and participate in events and street races with one goal: to become the 'most wanted' in the city.
It's nice to be able to say that the Wii U version of this game is without a doubt the best console version. This is because the graphics are much better than on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, but also because the Wii U GamePad is very handy in this game. It's super easy to switch cars while driving with just a tap on the screen.
One downside of this game is that it doesn't have the option for local multiplayer racing, which would have been a welcome addition in this genre. Additionally, the Wii U version does not include all the DLC. Apart from that, Need for Speed: Most Wanted U comes highly recommended. Cijfer:

Masterpiece for a racing game.
Where should I start.. This game is truly a gem and very well ported to the wii u.. Let's begin with the "campaign"
The campaign is meticulously crafted, you need to become the "most wanted" which means you are the most sought-after street racer in that city. There are ten most wanted racers there and you have to defeat them all. How, you ask? It's simple, you first have to win a race against them (sometimes with the police chasing you). After that, when you've won the race, you have the choice to ram into them (which is very difficult). If you succeed, you get the same car you just smashed into. By racing and winning, you also earn parts that you can use to customize your "unique" car, maybe one that shifts gears quickly or has tires that excel in sandy terrains...

The car choices are truly abundant, a nice extra unique to the Nintendo Wii U is that you have a few options on your GamePad (if you're playing on the TV). You can switch from day to night, which is really cool. You can also make the traffic disappear, which is super handy when you want to speed through the city. And perhaps most importantly, you can change cars "on the go," this is super convenient and really cool... You can also opt for a map which is almost like a hack, you can keep an eye on the police (near you) and see the road ahead of you...
The last thing I want to mention is the music.. The music truly suits Need for Speed: Most Wanted U and I still listen to it often (on YouTube). Unfortunately, EA doesn't make games like these anymore..
