How can I reset my Creation Crystal?
Creation Crystals are not meant to be reset more than once. However, there are a few ways to reset the Creation Crystals. If you have Skylanders Spyro's Adventure for the 3DS, you can place a Creation Crystal on the portal. You will then see the message "A Toy on the portal of power has a problem. Reset this Skylander?" Choose the "reset" option.

This also works with Skylanders Giants for the Wii (also on the Wii U in Wii mode). Start the game, place the Crystal on the Giants Portal, go to settings, and choose "reset broken toy." Now you can create a new Magic Imaginator!
